If you know what type of gift you’d like to purchase simply select one of the items in the categories listed at the top of the page and browse through the designs and variations on offer. Follow the link through to the product page and add your own personalisation (where applicable) before adding the item to your cart, from there you can proceed to the payment page to confirm your order.

The final cost of your MixPixie shopping basket will depend on many items you have and which items you have added to your cart. Our music themed giftcards begin at £3 and our larger bespoke framed prints are priced from £20 upwards. MixPixie accepts debit and credit cards and PayPal.

We aim to dispatch all items within 1-2 working days where possible but depending on the complexity of the gift this can take longer. Below is an approximate guide to our timings, but we always do our best to send our orders as soon as possible.

- All items, except for Personalised Vinyl Records (see below) are dispatched within 1-2 working days.


- Personalised Vinyl records (both 7″ and 12″) up to 30 days. Please note that this is a lengthy making process, but we will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

All UK orders are eligible for FREE delivery, these are sent by Royal Mail 48, so should take 2-3 days to get to you, from despatching. If you’d like your order sooner, please select the Express Delivery option at the checkout, which will be sent by Tracked 24, for next working day delivery from despatch.

We love sending our gifts across the world, whether you live in the UK, Europe or anywhere in the rest of the world (including Pixie Land). We use the Royal Mail to get our gifts to you, and they suggest that any UK orders should be received within 2-3 working days of being dispatched, any European orders should be received within 5-10 working days and anywhere within 10-14 working days.

We’re thrilled to say that it’s very rare there are any problems with our products, but we are very happy to help with any queries that may arise from time to time. Unfortunately as most of our products are personalised we are unable to accept returns for any misspelling of any bespoke text, or incorrect song choices by the customer but if the product is faulty in any way we will be glad to help.

Our awesome soundwave posters and cards are made by taking a chosen song and using the image of the waveform to create a stunning poster. If you are creating your own bespoke poster, choose any song, select a style or design, your colour choices and add your own personalised message underneath and we’ll do the rest!

Creating your personalised vinyl record on MixPixie can be done in three easy steps and shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes. For a one-off personalised gift that will be with the recipient 48 hours later, we Pixies think that’s pretty cool!

We’re the very first company in the world to make Personalised Vinyl records on an on-demand basis. To put simply, you design the artwork, you choose which and how many songs you want and we’ll make a professional copy of the vinyl record, just for you. With over 24 million songs to choose from, MixPixie is a great way to show someone special how much you care. You can create vinyl records for your family member, partner, friend or colleague with just their special songs . At MixPixie you can create the soundtrack to any experience, friendship or occasion. The Pixies at MixPixie have got loads of suggestions to get you started and are here to help every step of the way.

Every song in the MixPixie song bank is registered to a record company, publishing company or directly with an artist or band. Each time you choose a song to be included on your album, The Pixies take a note of this and make sure that the people behind that song (i.e. the artists, bands, songwriters, musicians etc.), get the royalties they are owed. MixPixie fully supports all musicians, music companies and the official governing bodies of the music industry.

MixPixie is 100% legal and above board. Agreements are in place with all the record companies and music publishers to make sure that all of the talented people who write or perform the songs get paid every time you include a song on your album.

At MixPixie, we always try to send your orders in perfect condition. However, occasionally, problems can arise. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, or it is damaged in delivery or is the wrong item, we ask you to contact us to let us know of the problem as soon as possible. We will then advise you on whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

Please note that personalised orders cannot be refunded if you have changed your mind or made a mistake on the artwork, as this order has been made especially for you and therefore cannot be resold. We can look into getting a replacement to you for a redesign and fulfilment charge.

If for any reason you are not happy with your MixPixie order, please contact our Customer Service Team. Call +44 (0)330 133 2905 or email support@mixpixie.com. You will need to quote your order number, your email address you have registered with and have the address and details on the problem with your order.

We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 24 working hours, (48 hours during busy periods) and will do our best to resolve any complaint within 7 days of receipt. We may ask you to take a photograph of your order, to help us communicate with our suppliers and correct any future problems. Should it be necessary, we will then advise you how to return your item.

Although we Pixies take great care in making your personalised orders, it is possible that very occasionally; one or two could be faulty. If you think your order is faulty, we will ask you to return it to us within SEVEN days of receipt.

Your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the order onto the credit or debit card that you paid with. Alternatively, we may offer to remake and resend the item, free of charge. Please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and resend.

If there are persistent claims for refunds from the same individual or group of individuals, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or replace an order. We may refuse to take any future orders from any such customers and will inform them of our decision in writing, via email or over the telephone.

Mistakes do happen, but unfortunately, as MixPixie orders are made just for you, in most cases is it not possible to amend any of personalised orders. As soon as you realise you have made a mistake, please get in touch and we will do our best to help you.

Emails are answered during business hours (9.00am – 5.00pm) in the order they are received. It is therefore possible that your order could begin production before your email is processed and we will be unable to make any changes.

Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse or if personalisation is misspelled or if you have uploaded an image of a low resolution or size.

When we first started MixPixie back in 2011, we made Personalised CDs. Due to the general decline in CD sales, this is no longer a service that we can offer.
